Very nice hotel. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable and the staff is courteous. I would stay here again.
Large clean rooms. Blink EV charger 6kw (j1772) onsite ($.45 /kwh) is insanely expensive for 1/2 the speed of my home charger that I pay $.07 kwh (DCFC are only $.33 kwh) so this is a rip off and 1 of them seemed to be stuck on bootup. Food and service is good. A lot of non-english speaking staff on-site. 1 elevator was not operational and no signage indicating it was out of order. Rooms have a TON of both 110 and USB outlets. Very pet friendly.
Service was amazing. Screwed up my room reservation date with my credit card company, and Devon the front desk clerk was very gracious he even gave my kids something to play with while I was on the phone with my card company. Just felt taken care of from beginning to end.
A Truly Wonderful Stay I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the warm hospitality and excellent service. The room was immaculate, quiet, and very comfortable — a perfect place to rest after a long day. The “to go” breakfast was a delightful and thoughtful touch. This hotel is truly among the best I’ve ever stayed in, and I look forward to returning.
Nice off the highway hotel. Restaurant was decent, room was clean and spacious. The bartender, Rhiley, was fantastic though. He brought the kind of service I would expect from a Curio or Canopy (very upscale Hilton properties if you don’t know). We will definitely be staying here again the next time we’re in Hays, but we might need to call ahead to make sure Rhiley is working. Great experience all around.
The rooms and the showers were clean. Convenient location next to Walmart and Popeye’s (walking distance). The staff was extremely courteous and helpful.
Was in Hays for the weekend. Morgan at the front desk was very helpful and cheerful. Great spacious room, and the restaurant was very good. The bed was so comfy!
Staff were very friendly and accommodating. I had a noisy neighbor the first night's stay who became upset when they were asked to turn down their TV as it could be heard word for word in my room at 5 am. The front desk staff moved me to another room so I could enjoy my 2nd night in a more peaceful environment. I was very thankful for their prompt attention to the situation. Very clean and modern rooms, great restaurant in the hotel as well as a bar. Definitely recommend staying here.
